The game does not factor in level 1 gear, so you can literally remove every item you have except for one piece of 75 power legendary gear, and you will have the max power score of 75.But there are problems with this in many ways. The way the game calculates your power level is to average all your gear.These power levels each have a damage multiplier associated with them.There are 45 power levels in the game that range from 30 (white gear) to 75 (legendary gear).I recommend you read the entire thing, but it’s pretty math heavy, so I’m going to try to summarize the major points.
